Most of the pages are blank, but all of them have a heading. 'How to settle a debate', 'How to make eye contact while talking', 'How to listen and not just hear'.

They're a broad range of categories, but just by skimming the titles you can tell they're all about the different aspects of Aather, leadership, and general subjects.
