YUP essentially right now Sion is Chariot's example of a leader figure, so all the related learning/study tools are located in his room. The book on the desk was actually meant for Sion to write in because those are the things he actively wants to learn from him.

The bed was in fact supposed to be super comfy and meant to put Sion to sleep. Because Sion needs to sleep.
