[I have faith in your ability to be distracting in other ways]

I've found that sometimes when I'm unable to attend the games that feeling can grow.

I suppose that's the reason I've spent so much time with my notes as of late. I'd like to be sure that even if I cannot aid the heroes within the games I can contribute something that might prove useful in their time spent in Aather.

Although perhaps . . . if you speak to your patron, she may be able to say something of ways that your efforts can contribute outside of the games. It has been a while since we've had a large undertaking like creating the clinic or the gym.

Is there something that'd be necessary though? It's been hard to gauge that for me recently.

Speaking honestly I have been trying to think of the same for myself. It does prove to be a difficult task.

[shifts his hand, running his fingertips lightly across Chariot's scalp]

I think it would be best to speak to the heroes. Their lifestyles differ from ours greatly, and they might lack something that we cannot know of outside of seeking that information from them directly.

[ Closing his eyes, relaxing against him again. ]

I feel like that's the hardest part. Teams to me feel really insular and any connections they make off-team is because of connections from their lives before this.

[ Exhaaale and a weak smile. ]

I feel a little more like a vending machine than any kind of 'knight' usually.

[keeps running his fingers through, light and relaxing]

A knight is someone who works for the will of the people, even if the means within Aather are rather different than what I'm used to.

I don't think that you should discredit your charm, Dino. You're quite charismatic in your own right. Even if you may not be able to establish the same connection to someone as a member of their team or a person from their memories, I know that you can become someone that they can trust, someone who is more than just a source of quests and necessary items.

... Sometimes I think you might have too much faith in me.

[quirks his lips in a little half smile]

[ Flushes a bit. ]

It's cheating when you say that.

[smiles, kissing the corner of his lips]

I may have learned to cheat a little.

I wonder who taught you such bad habits.

Honestly it's quite a mystery.

I think I love you in spite of your horrible habits anyway.

[flushes brightly in reply]

[leaning in to kiss him]

[ Just smiles, kissing back warmly. ]

[threads his fingers into Chariot's hair, pulling back for a moment, eyes half-lidded and then kisses him again]

[ Is very much okay with distracting kisses right now. ]

[massaging the nape of Chariot's neck as he kisses, oh my]

[ Oooh, Mr. Scifo. His own hands are making their way up over Flynn's hips, smoothing over his skin with the tips of his fingers then dragging the edges of his nails back down. ]

[pulls in a slow breath against Chariot's lips, breaking the kiss]

Isn't it about time for me to return your kind welcome?

[ Smiles against him, stealing one more light kiss. ]

If you insist, I'll hardly refuse.

I believe that was your end goal, wasn't it?

[moving his hands to rest over Chariot's shoulders, lightly pushing him back onto the bed]

[ Moving with the push, grinning a bit. ]

You've caught me.

[shifting over him, sitting up a bit and straddling his hips]

Now I'll have to see to it that you get what you deserve.
