Business of Illegal
What it is:
Dino is a mafia boss who helped rebuild his family from being in debt to becoming one of the most influential families within the Vongola alliance within the course of roughly 8 years, so he is SUPER knowledgeable in the world of business. And since he is mafia, a lot of it is the illegal kind of business. SO I am mostly headcanoning the sorts of things Dino would have learned/kept up with being a mafia boss rebuilding/maintaining his business.
I am going with his main business trade being weaponry production and distribution (with a focus on firearms) because it is a lot easier to make sure guns don't fall into the wrong hands when you control the flow of them. Research and development isn't something he touched in because there's canon for who was developing the box weapons and etc. So while he can't use every weapon available, he is familiar with identifying weapon types (different types of guns, swords, etc), how to do quality inspections on weapons, and so on.
Dino also probably dealt in a lot of information brokering with all of his men running around everywhere so he is super used to handling/processing large amounts of unrelated data and info and redistributing it. This also builds up his 'handling large amounts of people' skills from the LIKE A BOSS skill set, but mostly it makes him a lot better at keeping track of several things going on and general information gathering.
I am going with Dino being knowledgeable about the black market overall despite not dealing in areas outside of weaponry himself. So he has knowledge about the human organs/sex/drug trade industry in terms of what's generally dealt, prices/trade ring locations, known distribution families, etc. It's something I think he'd keep track of just in case any of them start venturing into his home territory so he can kick them out if need be.
