Romario picking him up after he'd run away.
On the road leading down the mountain, when he saw his hometown beyond some overgrown greenery, Dino couldn't help but drown in tears. His pursuers wouldn't be able to find him if they used a train or other public transportation; the protected street was not well known; by no means would he be able to hitchhike [without being caught]; from the very beginning he'd gotten over sleeping outside; and after that long struggle, Dino had finally arrived.
"Ku. . . . . . Uu. . . . . . .uuUUooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh--!"
From the pit of his stomach a cry of joy broke out.
He could not help but shout. Finally he himself had accomplished a goal. From that hell of a school and from that demon baby he'd escaped ------
"Dino!"
Still in his shouting posture, Dino stiffened.
"You're. . . . kidding me. . . . ."
Perfectly unprepared.
To have him come here, it must be that he's having a relapse of those daily nightmares, right. . . . . ?
"So it is Dino-bocchan? Why are you in a place like this?"
". . . . .Eh?"
Bocchan----? Dino became confused and turned his head.
"Romario!"
Standing there was Romario, a member of the Cavallone family Dino knew since early childhood. He had that same unchanged goatee and glasses from way back, and that black suit; Dino was shocked and relieved.
"What, so it was you! Don't scare me like that!"
"I'm not certain that it can compete with this surprise."
"Uu."
Dino tensed in panic. He had escaped from school, it was necessary right now that it be kept secret. When the ninth boss, his old man, knew of it, without a doubt he'd be forced to return.
"Yes, this is the surprise. Why is Bocchan here?"
"Th, that is. . . . . . . See, they said it was a holiday. It was the school founder's birthday, so it was that sort of thing."
"Haa. . . . ."

"That aside -- really, why are you in the outskirts of town."
"What I was doing was. . . . . ."
For a split second, Romario was at a loss for words.
That was a small single sign of a disaster that had occurred.
"It has nothing to do with this situation. It's merely minor business. However, the tenth must not be in a place like this . . . . ."
"Oi. Stop that."
"'That'?"
"That 'Tenth' thing you're calling me. It's not decided."
"You're still saying that, are you? The decision will not be changed, Te. . . . ."
"Oi!"
"Fuu. . . . . . Well, if you would please return, Dino-Bocchan."
Romario said it with a tight smile.
Dino was intrigued; a smile rose to his mouth.
No one ever smiled at him, and in this way one would wonder how much he was able to smile from the bottom of his heart. With that thought, Dino returned to his hometown pondering those feelings.
Significant Positive
Remembers:
Running away from his home/mafia school around middle-school age because everyone sucks and picks on him and he hates everything!! Except he gets caught by Romario just before leaving, who manages to persuade him to come back.
Learned/Thoughts:
- My life must have been really rough as a kid if I wanted/tried to run away from it.
- Romario is that guy who's been in the background of most of my memories.

What it is:
What it says. Chariot's capable of fluently speaking/writing in those three languages now!

No real effect; he might be trying out some of them on a few people he knows, but nothing other than that.
I also tossed up a snippet of the Reborn novel covering Dino's time training under Reborn here so everyone can see how Reborn used to dress up Dino like a sheep and send wolves after him.
