He likes Guy! They've had some pretty solidly fun chats by him and he's interested in talking more with Guy. Also interested in sparring with Guy and 'sparring' with Guy, but he's very much aware that he needs to take it a little slower with Guy since he is apparently not as shameless as like. Zack and Yuri are. So he's focusing more on building a nice friendship between them and that is a-okay with him.
